Verizon’s CFO Hints Apple iPhone 5 Release On Christmas Quarter
This time it’s not only us, tech enthusiast writers, who believes that the next Apple’s iPhone 5 release is expected to finally be unveiled sometime in the Christmas quarter (Q4). Even the Verizon Wireless CFO hinted us all with his statement about the upcoming new iPhone iteration. Chief Financial Officer Francis J. Shammo says that people are waiting for the new iPhone which will be coming out this fourth quarter in an interview made by an analyst who’s asking why most of customers have been holding back to upgrade their handsets or smartphones. His response pointing to the never-ending news and rumors about the iPhone 5 release makes us all convinced that the new iPhone iteration will indeed come out sometime in Q4 – although still unofficial.
What we know so far is that most of the carriers in the US and UK are now stockpiling the new nano SIM technology which is more likely the iPhone 5′s new SIM pack technology. And if everything goes as planned, then Apple might unveil their new iPhone 5 by the same quarter as last year with iPhone 4S. Also, the rumors are getting stronger almost everyday and the hype is higher than the Nexus updates.
