Samsung Aiming Towards Being The Number One, Leaving Behind Apple

Samsung and Apple are neck-to-neck when we talk about smart-phone competition.

Samsung and Apple  are of course battling also with their security mechanism with regards to Android spy and iPhone spy respectively . The Galaxy series are always compared to the Iphone generations, comparisons try to depict which phone is better than the other and users always end up defining personal choices and preferences.

Samsung is moving up the smart-phone ladder, capturing more than $44 million sales within four months of 2012, turning towards being one of the most profitable firms in the world. Samsung’s new CEO Kwon Oh-Hyun aims towards beating Apple and taking the number 1 smart-phone title as soon as possible. He’s though of newer changes within the organization. According to newer strategies, extensions and efficient business portfolios Samsung might just be able to beat Apple.

According to different sources Samsung is designing a low-cost strategy, trying to implement it and paving its way into untapped markets. Kwon Oh-Hyun is known to be more sensible and sharp than Samsung’s ex-CEO Choi Gee-sung and this might be the boost Samsung needs to climb to the top.

As technology moves forward these companies face tougher competition, Apple and Samsung are already facing a dispute over technology patents and since its start it 2011 both firms have fought a serious legal battle, fighting lawsuits in 12 courts in four continents. Although the cost of fighting these litigation cases is quite high both companies are keen to win the battle, showing the world that the better person is always the victor.

Considering the Samsung and Apple dispute is quite famous, Kwon-Oh Hyun avoided any mention of this problem but talked about newer software’s and more intelligent technological implementation considering Apple has a competitive advantage over all other smart-phones, Samsung wants to break this notion and deploy software’s with technology that is unimaginable.

The CEO also talked about its employees, making sure that they were all motivated – and no not necessarily by means that need employee monitoring software. According to Kwon, employees in Samsung should be ready for changes that will cause new growth in Samsung and making it bigger than it already is. Kwon also suggested that Samsung’s employees were free to be creative and delegation was going to be prime, as it aimed towards being the innovative technological giant in the world, it required newer and better ideas everyday and what better cost-effective ways than pushing the internal organization towards attaining these goals.

Kwon also gave utmost importance to consumers and their value, depicting that Samsung is what its customers have made it. He talked about customer satisfaction and how Samsung will never fail its customers; it will provide them good value for money and a better experience, something that no other organization would be able to sell.
Kwon Oh-Hyun has already gained a lot of confidence in Japan considering he helped the Japanese technology in building memory chips and making them more efficient. Considering this many Japanese employees and consumers have complete faith in Kwon, agreeing to the fact that he may change the shape of Samsung into something grander.

In the battle of two firms, consumers have gained the most. Apple and Samsung are trying to accomplish newer technology and innovations, beating each other in their games and this have consequently caused them to give perfect smart-phones to their consumers. Samsung’s Galaxy SIII beat previous records and they keep on perfecting their technology hoping that when the new Iphone 5 hits the markets, they’ll have something better to provide to their customers.

This battle between Apple and Samsung has caused them to show their real potential, not only to their consumers but to their competitors as well.

    Samsung has surely given a tough competition to Apple in terms of smartphone, but recently apple won $1 Billion case over samsung for copying it’s patent..
