Something New And Big Will Come Next Week On Firefox For Android
What’s Mozilla’s “BIG” teaser? It might be a new and improved web browser version of the Firefox for Android. And according to them, it’s coming to Android next week. How does it look like? Well, patience is a virtue. A teaser indeed. However, I guess I won’t be the first person who will say that Firefox as browser is getting more and more sluggish nowadays. Unlike during its early releases of Mozilla Firefox where I totally abandoned the default browser of my computer – Internet Explorer.
On another note, Google is holding its world premiere of the Jelly Bean (possibly). That’s version 4.1 of the Android OS. The event will be part of Google’s next big event – Google I/O 2012. This is an important news of course, especially for you developers on the Android OS. And Mozilla should take note of this too. Or perhaps they did.

For those who have tested the beta version of Firefox for Android, this might be the moment you’ve been waiting for. This new and improved version of Firefox might redeem Mozilla if they actually bothered to take note of the feedback from the beta. As of now, I am using Google Chrome on my Samsung Galaxy S II as my default smartphone web browser. I do have Firefox for Android installed but I barely use it because I find Google Chrome faster on my smartphone as compared with Mozilla Firefox for Android.
I just do hope that this incoming release of Firefox for Android will be the improved web browser from Mozilla. I just hate to see something so great fall that easily. Well, the same thing goes with their PC desktop version. They need to improve their web browser application, that’s the reality as of today and they need to find a way to win this web browser war.
