Leaked Ice Cream Sandwich For Sprint Samsung Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch
The truth is I am still waiting for the Ice Cream Sandwich update for my Samsung Galaxy S II for months. And it is so fortunate for Samsung Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch owners under Sprint because Ice Cream Sandwich or Android 4.0.3 update is almost near. A leaked report that FB09 is now being tested for Sprint Samsung Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch. It’s still far from being a perfect release of Ice Cream Sandwich Android 4.0.3 operating system but it shows that it’s possible and working. All thanks to Sprint and a developer with a cyber-name Shabbypenguin, the latest Android OS is almost here.

A simple note that I wanted to reiterate while you are reading this post, the leaked FB09 Ice Cream Sandwich release for Sprint Samsung Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch is still not official and it is still on beta version. Having said that, I wouldn’t really expect too much from this ROM since as I’ve said this Ice Cream Sandwich is not yet the final and official release. There are some features that are still quite buggy like when sending a simple SMS where there will be times that you’ll need to reboot your device. Also the icons on the top-most of your Samsung Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch can sometimes become pretty messy and not aligned. A red line pops-out on the side of your screen as you navigate around. The theme of this FB09 Ice Cream Sandwich ROM needs to be updated as well as its icons because most of them does still show and uses the Android Gingerbread version.

But it’s not all that bad if you’d ask me. The lock screen works pretty well and amazing as compared to the previous Android operating systems like Gingerbread. Also the message notifications can be used to unlock your Samsung Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch when on lock screen. The Face Unlock works perfectly well when it was tested.
