One of the common problems of a blogger or a website owner is how to optimize their web or blog sites. Who doesn’t have that same problem? In most cases if you are using WordPress (the most popular and powerful CMS), you tend to just upload and insert an image unto your article, right? Bulk Smush.it WordPress plugin is a tool to optimize your website by reducing the file size of each of website’s images without affecting the quality or visual look of those photos. Smush.it removes all unnecessary bytes or parts of the images. Smush.it is actually a tool from Yahoo! YSlow which helps users to optimize the images that they will be using on their websites. You can manually upload the images you want to optimize and download the compressed file after it has been successfully optimized. But this procedure can be a little bit tedious and so a WP developer made this plugin where each WordPress users can use it without going to Yahoo Developer Network and do the procedure I have mentioned. You just need to install this plugin and run it – as easy as that. It uses a WordPress API that connects to the same Smush.it server and uploads all the images from your website. Afterwards, it will download the same images back to your server, optimized.
